OUR VINES ARE METICULOUSLY HAND-TENDED
Our vines are meticulously hand-tended, ensuring that each shoot nurtures only one grape bunch until the summer harvest. Every bunch undergoes expert thinning at least three times per season, with excess grape flowers carefully pruned to enhance the sweetness, fragrance, and nutrition of the remaining table grapes.
Once each bunch attains its perfect shape, it is individually covered with a paper bag to shield the grapes from birds, organic sprays, insects, rain, hail, and excessive sun exposure.
After nearly five months from the first flowering, the moment of harvest finally arrives! In March and April, the paper bags are gently removed, and the delicious, sweet grapes are hand-harvested with care.
Each grape is meticulously inspected before being shipped to our delighted customers, ensuring only the finest quality reaches your table.
